What is Float Fest?
What started in 2021 as a private block party for the Float Conference, is now something to share with the whole city. Float Milwaukee is bringing together people, music, art, and entertainment for a night of summer fun, and to celebrate our customers, anniversary, and community.

Live Musical Performance
Turn onto Freshwater Way and be engulfed by the sounds of Recovered, Milwaukee’s string instrument cover band. Later enjoy the mostly lush, synth laden ballads backed by electronic drum tracks of Milwaukee’s own brother duo, Immortal Girlfriend. New for the 2023 lineup is MATTHÚ, Kevin Bush of Immortal Girlfriend’s solo project.
Exciting Entertainment
What makes a party more than juggling flaming rings of fire and humans suspended from air? New this year — pole dancing. Enjoy exciting fire hoop dance, fire-eating, and aerialist performances — fun for the whole family.

Float Milwaukee’s newest neighbor Ruta’s Fresh Indian Fare is making its debut at Float Fest! Light, vibrant, and entirely customizable, Ruta’s offers build your own bowls with rice, quinoa, fresh greens or their signature NaanMelts. There’s plenty of gluten free and vegan options. Drinks will be available for purchase by Broken Bat Brewery.
